New Dessert Range Now Available

A wide variety of frozen desserts in virtually any taste, shape and size is now available. Belfield has teamed up with Dutch company Maitre Paul to bring these to the UK market.

With one of the largest factories in Europe, manufacturing over 40,000 items a day, Maitre Paul is well equipped to supply such a wide choice of desserts. The range includes cream slices, pot desserts, pastries bars and apple pies. Within the gateaux range a wide variety of products can be made from standard recipes to hand finished creations for the high-end market. An additional benefit comes from the state of the art finishing line which can slice and re-box a gateau to provide an assorted slice gateau, ideal for foodservice, at an extremely reasonable price.

The Carlton brand is the most well know name from Maitre Paul in the UK. It has been available in the foodservice sector for over a decade. Other brand names include Hill Valley and Mr King's, with private label products also supplied.
